COVID Clinic Support Office Buildings | USA

Our team was responsible for the construction of mobile office trailers ranging from 1 to 6 connected trailers at multiple cities across the U.S. These units were used for COVID-19 vaccine development and distribution of both Moderna and AstraZeneca vaccines.

The units were installed and coupled with appropriate walkways interconnecting them and ADA egress and ingress. The units were powered by temporary generator power ranging from 40 kVA to 200 kVA. Fuel was provided by 500-to-1000-gallon fuel tanks. Two (2) generators were installed for redundancy with remote notifications of switch and smart ATS providing transfer from primary to secondary. Wash and wastewater provision was provided by temporary tanks. We provided all permitting and coordinating with local authorities. The units were operated with 100% uptime, 24/7.

After construction of the trailers, permanent power was installed to replace the primary generator and run the trailers on a grid. At the conclusion of the project, our team demobilized all equipment to make the site the same as prior to construction. Some sites included the retrofitting of existing clinics into new workspaces requiring various architectural, mechanical, and electrical modifications and upgrades.

This project included the following features of work:
• Significant electrical installations
• Plumbing installations
• HVAC installations

Fit-Out Hurricane Project | Florida

Our team was responsible for the complete interior Fit-out of project, which housed multiple areas. This scope involved reframing, drywall, finishing, painting, flooring, drop ceilings, electrical repair, white noise systems, data drops, cabinetry, and plumbing. We were able to reframe over 99,000 sq. ft. of metal studs, remount and set over 1,000 electrical and data systems, hang over 99,000 sq. ft. of drywall, finish, and paint over 99,000 sq. ft. of walls, install 24,000 sq. ft. of flooring, and repair tile flooring in fourteen weeks. All work was performed in compliance with USG specifications and standards.

Trades executed included metal framing, electrical, drywall, finish-work, paint, flooring, plumbing, drop ceilings, telecommunications, millwork, and cleaning. Our team quickly mobilized for this project and achieved top performance in all aspects of the project under significant schedule pressure as reflected by the Very Good and Exceptional ratings in the PPQ that was completed by the customer.

Hurricane Michael had severely damaged the entire base infrastructure, which strained all resources including security personnel. The facility had suffered severe damage throughout and required a complete demo and fit-out of all the mission control areas, and secure rooms throughout the building. The government needed this facility operational as soon as possible. Through coordinated discussions between our team and the Government we were able to discuss strategies and develop solutions to provide extended access to the flight line and extended working hours to include a 7-day work week allowing our team to completely demo and renovate the facility interior within 119 days. Our team adhered to budgets, schedules, met customer needs, and was committed
to customer satisfaction.
